Consultation Native Vegetation Regulations 2011

Community input needed in review of Native Vegetation regulation

The NSW Government is currently reviewing the regulation that underpins the Native Vegetation Act and seeking community input.

In the Murrumbidgee CMA region, a public information session was held in Wagga Wagga on Monday, 21 November 2011. Responses from community members at the meeting were collated and are available here.

If you couldn't make the meeting and still interested in sharing your experiences with the way government regulates native vegetation, you can complete a survey online.

The survey will be open until 30 March 2012 and your responses will inform the review of the Native Vegetation Regulation.

If you would prefer to complete the survey on paper you can download a printable version (110923NVSurvey, 192 KB).

You can also register your interest in the review and receive updates, including notification of consultation documents and announcements. To register please send an email with your details to native.vegetation@environment.nsw.gov.au
